BridgeMD Solutions is more than a staffing company — we’re a movement.
We are advocates for students who dare to dream of white coats and scrubs, but need real, paid experience to get there. We are problem-solvers for clinics who need trusted, trained medical assistants, scribes, and techs — without drowning in HR logistics.
We are mentors, matchmakers, and mobilizers — connecting untapped student talent with the places and people who need them most.
Our team is scrappy and ambitious. We’re young but deeply experienced. And we lead with empathy, because we’ve been the student with a 4.0 and no experience. We've been the clinic overwhelmed with a backlog and no staff. We’ve seen what’s broken — and we’ve rolled up our sleeves to fix it.

Our Story
BridgeMD wasn’t built in a boardroom — it was born from struggle, passion, and a deep understanding of what it takes to chase a dream in healthcare when the odds are stacked against you.
Our founder, Iziphozonke Mlambo, didn’t just imagine this company — he lived it. As a pre-med student, an immigrant, a scribe, and a medical assistant, he saw what most students face: the gap between where they are and where they need to be. Volunteering wasn’t enough. Experience was elusive. And financial strain made the journey even harder.
At the same time, clinics were short-staffed, overwhelmed, and burnt out — desperately needing competent, passionate support staff.
So we asked: What if we could connect both sides?
What if we could build a bridge — and make it strong enough for everyone to walk across?

A Note from the Founder
Hi, I’m Iziphozonke — but most people call me “Izi.”
BridgeMD isn’t just a company I created. It’s the company I needed.
I was once a pre-med student juggling three jobs, trying to gain clinical experience, studying for the MCAT, and barely making rent. I knew I had what it took to be a great doctor — what I didn’t have was access. I didn’t have connections in healthcare. I didn’t have the time or privilege to “just volunteer.” I needed to work, learn, and grow — all at once.
At the same time, I worked in clinics that were overwhelmed, drowning in charts and short on staff. The doctors were brilliant, but exhausted. The system was strained, and it was clear: we needed more hands. We needed help. We needed heart.
So I built a bridge — not just for myself, but for every student out there trying to get a foot in the door. For every clinic desperate for trustworthy, trained support. For the future of healthcare.
BridgeMD is personal. It’s purpose-driven. And it’s built on the belief that with the right opportunity, anyone can rise.
